As a Trailer Welder with MIG welding expertise, your primary responsibility will be to perform various welding tasks on trailers and parts fabrication using MIG welding techniques. This includes reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings, preparing parts to be welded, and effectively using MIG welding equipment to assemble new trailers. You'll conduct inspections post-welding to ensure that all welds meet quality standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot any MIG welding issues and perform routine maintenance on welding equipment. Prior experience in a similar role, specifically with MIG welding, and a strong commitment to safety protocols are essential. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are crucial for this role. A welding certification, particularly in MIG welding, is preferred.

Plasma Assistant

Description:
Load Trail in Sumner is seeking a Plasma Machine Assistant to join our Fabrication Team. The Plasma Machine Assistant is responsible for Assisting the Plasma Operator of the Plasma Table Machine to produce quality parts safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure appropriate material selection
• Safely transfer sheet metal to machine using an overhead crane
• Ensure appropriate material placement within the machine
• Collect and arrange completed parts
• Parts inventory
• Cleaning and Maintaining Machine and work area
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous experience assisting on a Plasma Table Machine is preferred
• Ability to lift and stand for 8+ hours
• Ability to consistently bend to ground level and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
The Plasma Machine Assistant generally works from 6am-3pm M-Thurs and 6am-12pm on Friday. When working overtime, you can expect to work from 6am-4pm M-Thurs, 6am-3pm Friday, and 6am-12pm Saturday.

Description:
Load Trail in Sumner is seeking a Parts Stager to join the Load Trail Team. The Warehouse Stager is responsible for maintaining the warehouse of their department and retrieving parts as needed to assist production employees.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all parts needed by production are stocked and staged
• Ensuring machine operators are supplied with materials needed
• Cleaning and Organizing the Warehouse
• Do inventory count of parts/material
• Keep log of inventory
• Work together with warehouse coordinator daily
• Other duties as needed to ensure an operational Warehouse
Requirements:
• Warehouse experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Trailers and/or Trailer Parts is required
• Ability to communicate well
